Business Coaching

The business coaching can centre on small business start ups, medium sized enterprises seeking to expand and corporations undertaking change or wanting to support key staff. Currently we are working with: sales and marketing staff in one large organisation focused on personal and leadership development; engineering staff defining career paths in a large public corporation; and on straightforward mentoring and assistance in a one person start up. We have the flexibility to combine the personal development and the very specific business needs in the coaching.
