Leigh’s HR consulting background blends well with his commercial acumen. His current role is in adding value, ideas and professional input as well as providing management strategy, business planning and consulting in projects as diverse as property development, feasibilities, recruitment, organisation review, coaching and business planning.

Leigh is the principal of Enterprise Innovations. He has a profound understanding of executive management, local government and regional economic and business development. Leigh’s background is in Education, Organisation Development and Human Resources Consultancy, an HR Manager role with CSIRO and senior executive roles in local government, including Economic Development. He holds qualifications in the Arts, Education and Business.

Leigh is a former Director on the Fraser Coast-South Burnett Regional Tourism Board and Hervey Bay Tourism & Development Bureau.
