Leigh’s involvements include extensive business development
work in China where:

• he supported the establishment of Hervey Bay’s office
  in Sichuan Province;
• scoped commercial projects and brokered governmental
  and business relationships with numerous cities and companies;
• received an Honorary Certificate from the Leshan Municipal
  Government, PRC for his achievements.
