Regional Breakthroughs is an Adelaide based company, assisting regional development in Australia and internationally by creating effective bridges between business, communities and government. Regional Breakthroughs is dedicated to turning talk into action by assisting industry, government and community partners to work together to achieve tangible and effective results.

Mark Woodberry has a varied business background from partnership in an insurance loss adjusting business, sales and marketing, regional flying school owner to a pilot for both national and international airlines. He has spent 30 years in the aviation industry and has been the Principal Consultant for the South Australian Governments, Department of Trade and Economic Development for the past three years. During this period he has been instrumental in achieving significant growth in both Domestic and International Air Services seeing a 23 % increase in international services and a 10% increase in domestic services.

He is currently Chair of the Adelaide Development Liaison Group, the Qantas Working Group and is a founding member of the TAFE Skills Board for the Aviation Industry.

Constance Woodberry has an equally varied background encompassing 19 years experience in project management, education, business and community development and manufacturing. She has a reputation for being highly effective in formulating constructive and sustainable solutions to complex issues and has demonstrated her ability to bring people and organisations together to foster self determining leadership and ownership of initiatives.

Under her direction Regional Breakthroughs managed a complex industry/education initiative in Northern Adelaide, NAMIG, which involves Holden, Tenix Defence, BAE Systems, DANA Australia and Air International as well as local SME's. The C2C program which has emanated from NAMIG is regarded as a benchmarking program for effective industry/school engagement.
